Review of Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase Biological Aspects, Methods of... Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is a wellestablished marker of immature hematopoietic cells which is widely used for the diagnosis and characterization of acute leukemias and lymphoid neoplasms.
