A case of intracerebral hemorrhage resulting from rupture of an arteriovenous malformation confined to the Contralateral hemisphere is reported. The value of postcontrast computed tomography (CT) is stressed when the nonenhanced CT findings do not fully explain the patient's clinical presentation.
