External Carotid‐Cavernous Sinus Fistula Simulating Unilateral Graves' Ophthalmopathy

A case of extraocular muscle enlargement in a patient with a previous history of hyperthyroidism is presented in which muscle enlargement was caused by a retroorbital arteriovenous communication. Rapid regression of the muscular enlargement was seen following occlusion of the abnormal vascular communication.
