Eccrine Acrospiroma of Inguinal Area Computed Tomography Findings Eccrine acrospiroma is a tumor originating from the sweat glands. The computed tomography findings of eccrine acrospiroma in the right inguinal area are presented. In our case, the tumor was seen as a well-defined and ovoid-shaped cystic mass with an internal enhancing solid portion and containing calcifications. Abstract

Eccrine acrospiroma is a tumor originating from the sweat glands. The computed tomography findings of eccrine acrospiroma in the right inguinal area are presented. In our case, the tumor was seen as a well-defined and ovoid-shaped cystic mass with an internal enhancing solid portion and containing calcifications.
