Endo’s re- views are always insightful, useful, and a focal point of each issue. I am very grateful for the excellent work he does for the Ultrasound Quarterly. From the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee, Ultrasound Quarterly Editorial Board member Harris L.
