Summary Clinical and laboratory details of a previously described case of multiple aneuploidy in man are given. The family history is also described in detail. The writers wish to thank a number of people who co‐operated in the investigations described in this paper. The testicular biopsy was performed by Mr B. D. Stutter and sections were prepared by Miss M. Mann and Dr P. E. Hughesdon. Steroid analysis was carried out by Dr I. F. Sommerville, Dr W. R. Trotter conducted the tests of thyroid function, Dr Sylvia Lawler typed the red cells and Dr A. Shapiro provided clinical information. For family history data we are indebted to Mrs J. M. Berry, Mr A. L. Hovenden, Mr B. D. Stutter and Miss B. J. Warland.
