ATTENDANCE There were 7j persons present. I. A. Butler acting: as Chairman and K. 0. Campbell as Secretary. Apologies were received from Sir Samuel Wadham, J. G. Crawford. T. 11. Strong, I. P. Belshaw, J. A. Noney. 11‘. T. Allen and F. Bollman. FORMATION OF SOCIETY -1 motion, inoved by P. C. Druce and seconded by D. B. Willianis. “that this meeting endorse the foriliation forthwith of a society to be known as the Australian Agricultural I3conomics Society,” was carried 11 nanimously. CONSTITUTION The nieeting had before it a draft constitution prepared by the organising committee. The Chairman indicated that it was the com- mittee’s reconiiiiendatioii that this draft. subject to any amendments \vliich might be iiicorporated at this stage. should be adopted as an interim constitution at this meeting, and considered for formal adoption as a permanent constitution at the next general meeting of the Society. C. P. Dowsett moved and R. B.
