T. Liang, Y. S. Chi, S. Chu, W. Y. Lin, Y. K. Chang and J. Y. Wang. Then the President remarked that P. G. I-L Boswell of the Royal Society of London recently, wrote a paper in which he much admired the work done by our Society as seen from Dr. J. S. Lee's article "Reiletions on twenty years' Ex- perience" delivered as Presidential address in occasion of the Twentieth Anniversary. The said paper was then read by Dr. T. H. Yin, the Secretary. After his address, the President introduced Mr. C. L. Lee, representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Mr. Y. F.
