NOTES FOR CONTRIBUTORS Reparation and Submisaion of Copy 1. At least two copies of the manuscript must be submitted and another retained by the author, to enable editing to be complete properly. 2. AII copy, including indented margins, should be typed double spaced on white paper with an ample margin (at least 4 cm.) on the left side. 3. Each table should be typed on a separate sheet. Insert a guide line, e.g. ‘Table 1 about here’, at the appropriate place in the manuscript. 4. The author’s name, without degrees, titles or affiliations, should be asterisked. An asterisked affiliation should then be included as the first item on a separate references sheet. References The references sheet should include, as its fmt item, the author’s affiliation. 2. All references to books, articles, etc., are to be identified at an appropriate point in the text by number. A list of numbers, with the relevant citation, should then be typed on a separate sheet. Tables, Figures, Illuntrations, etc. 1. Authors should keep in mind that their tables will have to be retyped and reproduced to appear either horizontally or vertically in a printed area approximately equal in size to a total AS page.. A congruent layout of the original table will therefore be helpful (cf. diagram below). The proportions of the sides are constant. 2. The Journal is produced by offset methods. It. is therefore emntial that illustrations and figures be submitted either as black inked originals on white paper (bond weight or heavier) or as photographs of such (photocopies am not suitable). 3.
