Photographs All photographs, if relevant, should be good quality, black and white (Polaroid shots are not acceptable), no larger than 14 cm x 9 cm (5.5 x 3.5 in), each in a separate envelope and clearly described on a separate sheet. Photographs will not be returned to authors unless there is a written request to do so AND an accompanying stamped, addressed envelope. You may prefer to provide photographs in electronic format. Family genograms will appear in a standardised form, viz: should summarise the content in such a way that a reader can readily perceive the article’s original contribution.
