Main text The text should be divided into major sections such as Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion. These can be further subdivided by side headings such as: Study population, Settings, Procedure, Measurements, Analysis, and Reliability. Acknowledgements The author(s) should acknowledge individuals and agencies who have assisted in the work and must acknowledge those from whom reprint or photographic reproduction permissions have been obtained. It is the responsibility o/author(s) to obtain all necessary permissions and to confirm in writing that such permissions have been granted. Tables and Figures Each Table and Figure should be presented on a separate sheet at the end of the work. Each one should be numbered in Arabic numerafs and given an appropriate heading. The preferred position in the text should be indicated in the left hand margin and the text should refer to each Table or Figure in turn. AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES Photographs Glossy, sharply defined, black and white photographs are preferred. Each one should be lightly numbered in pencil on the reverse.
