Tan and Zdansky and the material studied by Professors C. Wiman' and Stensiö.2 The f tins of Vertebrate then identified were: Hdo pus zdanskyi Wiman, represented i)y two specimens. Specimen a consists of Vcrtebme Il-XXV, neck ribs, one chest rib belong- ing to Vertebr XX, a broken coracoid, a left femur, recovered 2 Ii W. of Ningchiakou, 40 ii N. W. from Mengyinhsien. Specimen b consists of vertebr XXII-XXXVII, whole pelvis and right leg, with most of the bones preserved. This was found Ii S.E. from the same village. Stegosaurid indet. represented by a right tail dorsal-spine, also from the vicinity of Ningchiakou. Sinemys lens Wiman, represented by a few incomplete specimens from Ningchiakou. Sinochdys applanata Wiman, represented by an incomplete specimen. Foud at the same place as the remains mentioned above. Sculennjs teda Wiman, represented by a skull and an anterior part of plastron from the same locality as above. Lycoptera sp., Ningchiakou. Sinamia zdanskyi Stensiö, Ningchiakou.
