KYUNGAH CHOI received B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial design from KAIST, South Korea. Currently she is a PhD candidate at ID KAIST in a laboratory for color and emotion studies. Her research interests include color psychology and color imaging. HYEON‐JEONG SUK received B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial design from KAIST, South Korea, and a Ph.D. degree in psychology from the University of Mannheim, Germany. Now she is an associate professor at KAIST, leading a laboratory for color and emotion studies and Editor‐in‐Chief of the Journal of Korean Society for Emotion and Sensitivity . As her research interest includes color psychology and emotional design, she is an author of Theory and Application of Light, Koreans' Colors, Tastes, and Styles, Colorists . RASHA DEEB is a Ph.D. researcher in the Department of Geography, Ghent University, Belgium. She holds an M.S, degree in cartography, remote sensing and geographic information science from Damascus University, Syria. She is involved in studies of the legibility and perception of maps concerning typography, visual variables, semiology and the cultural aspects.
