PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE Sadness can be as easy-peasy as walking past a glass display of birthday cakes, as easy as seeing two children made to hold hands to cross a street, as easy as watching your dog lick a stranger. Sadness is easy because it is the same thing as happiness is unless you take time each day to practice, brush your teeth, smooth fear’s lines, smile ten times into the mirror. JAMES RAMSEY
