That project is outlined by Evans- Cowley in an appendix to this Jennifer Evans-Cowley and Maria Manta Conroy article. A more detailed description of that project can be found linked to the online version of this article. -GOVERNMENT holds the promise of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of government and Eenhancing the ability of citizens to interact with their Shi and Scavo government in meaningful and productive ways.
