This is a forum for discussion on how technology is changing: (1) real estate and land economics research and education; (2) forecasting; (3) real estate practice; and (4) real estate itself, including issues and problems associated with the adoption of new technology. Annotations of data from public and private sources available via the Internet are also published in this section, as well as in-depth software and data reviews. The Editorial Board seeks articles that address the above, in a timely manner. Articles must be relevant to both academics and practitioners.
