The book 'Integrated Information Management' presents viable solution propositions and a tested model for dealing with these challenges. Dr. Zarnekow is Head of the Integrated Information Management Competence Center at the University of Saint Gallen, and Acting Director of the Institute for Information Management at the same university. Previously, he was at the University of Freiberg. Uwe Pilgram has led IT operations of Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobil and designed the group's strategic IT management. Deutsche Telekom is a global telecommunications corporation and its T-Mobile division has a major presence in several countries. Interestingly, Dr. Zarnekow also worked at Deutsche Telekom and he received his doctorate from the University of Freiberg, where Professor Brenner used to be.
