The critical element in effectively implementing these courses lies in finding materials for appropriate business cases and illustrat- ing the valuable practical experiences revealed in these cases for teaching students in the class. Unfortunately, with ever-changing management processes, practices, and the environment in the globalized business world of today, individual case-based studies often run a risk of becoming outdated in just a few years’ time.
