Second we try to define related teachers’ qualifications concerning not only his special knowledge but also his professional attitude. Abstract

For ages geometry has been a rather stressed subject in the discussion of mathematics teaching. But apparently there are no corresponding effects in classroom reality. — In this paper, first we discuss some aims of geometry teaching which are supposed to be desiderable. Second we try to define related teachers’ qualifications concerning not only his special knowledge but also his professional attitude.
