Selection of speakers will be on the following cri- teria: (1) relevance to the congress themes; (2) scientific quality; (3) good presentation; (4) geographical representation. The total number of participants is anticipated to be about 1.000. The congress fee will be Dfl. 300,- (about 96 US $) which includes registration fee and proceedings. Although it was founded in the United Kingdom, the organi- zers hope that the Association will progressively become world- wide.
