Abstract
By simulating the interaction of a performance-control system and a controlled information system, the metainformation property of the performance-control system is revealed. The appropriateness and the possibility of using the metainformation property for resource-minimization problems in operating performance-control systems are considered. It is shown that in problems of synthesizing performance-control systems, resources can be economized through the use of the specific resources of a controlled information system.
