The article is a work intended to meet the need for mobile monitoring of polluted air comprising of excessive fine particulate matter by a compact cellular phone application. The description is about the setting up of a laser scattering compact module with an Arduino like circuit board interface and the display on the handheld smart phone through Bluetooth while the person is on the move. Giving an introduction to the Mie Scattering method with a laser beam exposed to ambient (polluted) air through a miniature blower. Abstract
