Properties of TlInSe2–TlNdSe2 Solid Solutions TlIn1 – x Nd x Se2(0 < x ≤ 0.1) solid solutions were characterized by x-ray diffraction and temperature-dependent electrical conductivity, Hall effect, thermoelectric power, and heat capacity measurements. Abstract
