Products NE W S P R O d u ct S WayRay | AGP eGlass | Holographic Head-up Display WayRay, developer of a holographic head-up dis- play with augmented reality technology, and AGP eGlass, a specialty glass design and manufacturing company, have partnered to drive the next genera- tion of displays. The aim is to project relevant data into the driver’s field of vision. To do so, AGP eGlass has developed a glazing technology to host the holographic optical elements in the windshield. This technology is capable of performing complex optical functions while remaining transparent and thin to be incorporated into curved laminated glass parts, according to the company. The holographic display is said to surpass conventional display ele- ments in terms of projection system volume, field of view and distance to the virtual image from 0 m drivers and passengers by bringing augmented into a virtual world for driver assistance, passenger to infinity.
