Sinyashin Received December 11, 2003 1 2 Methyl esters of P(IV) acids I and orthocarboxyl- R R P(O)(OMe) + Ph CCl 2 2 ates II show dechloroalkoxylating reactivity with (I)(III) 1 2 respect to organic compounds containing di- and Ph C(OMe)Cl + R R P(O)Cl, trichloromethyl groups [1, 2]. However, no information (IV) (V) is available on the application of compounds I and II in reactions with organic compounds containing a dichlo- IV Ph C=O + MeCl, romethylene group.
