The lesion was initially painless with terized by the presence of clusters of mature ectopic adipo- smooth skin surface. It insidiously increased in size with cytes amongst dermal collagen bundles [1, 2]. There was neither solitary form. Classical type lesions are congenital or develop past medical or surgical history nor family history of similar usually during first three decades of life.
