The concentration of ammonium halides in the solution has a crucial effect on the microstructure and texture of the films. Abstract

Data are presented on the structure and photoelectric properties of lead sulfide films chemically deposited from aqueous solutions containing ammonium halides. The concentration of ammonium halides in the solution has a crucial effect on the microstructure and texture of the films.
