Knowledge Discovery in Social Research The paper deals with knowledge discovery tools that represent the formalization of research heuristics for the qualitative analysis of sociological data. The results of studying various forms of constructive social activities of citizens using the JSM Socio intelligent system, which implements the proposed tools, are presented.
