Unfortunately, the baby did not return back for further treatment. A 10-day-old female neonate presented with lower abdominal mass and weakness in the both lower limbs. Clinically, flanks were full with palpable lump in the left side. There was flaccid Case 2 paralysis in both lower limbs with bladder and bowel inconti- nence. Ultrasonography (USG) of the whole abdomen showed A 1-year-and-4-month-old girl presented with right sided neck bilateral hypoechoic mass in the psoas region. Contrast en- mass and paraparesis for 1-week duration. The neck mass did hanced computed tomography (CECT) of the abdomen showed not respond to broad spectrum oral antibiotics though FNAC a lobulated, enhancing mass of 41 × 30 × 26 mm in the upper form neck mass suggested reactive hyperplasia.
