Spravochnik koksokhimika
The working life of Giprokoks coke-batteries in moderate operating conditions is investigated as a function of various structural and technological factors—such as the type of furnace chamber; clamping of the chamber’s heating walls to the roof; the duration of the furnace run; and the furnace temperature. The effects of some parameters of furnace load with coal on the force resulting in cake collapse and the corresponding compressive stress of the wall lining are quantitativelly analyzed.
