The effect of composition of the initial copolymers and supramolecular structure on their mechanical characteristics and biocompati- bility was studied. According to cytological studies, all materials had a high level of cell viability (CV). The possibility of obtaining hydrogels with elastic moduli of up to 4460 kPa, which is a record high value for such systems, was demonstrated.
