Samarskii on the occasion of his eighty- fth birthday INTRODUCTION In the present paper, for some types of linear systems of di erential-algebraic equations on a semi-in nite interval, we suggest and analyze a method for singling out the set of solutions bounded at in nity. For systems of ordinary di erential equations, the problem of singling out the set of solutions bounded at a singular point (in particular, at in nity), as well as the problem of posing admissible boundary conditions at a singular point, has been studied in detail. Some results closest to the present paper can be found in [1{9].
