Abstract

We prove the existence and uniqueness of global strong solutions to the Cauchy problem of the three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic equations in ℝ3 when initial data are helically symmetric. Moreover, the large-time behavior of the strong solutions is obtained simultaneously.
