Nowadays, cultivated agricultural waste (CAW) is used as raw material to extract Nanosilica (NS) as fillers, enhance concrete strength, stabilize the mechanical properties of problematic very soft soils, and stabilizing agent in building rehabilitation techniques. In this way, it reduces land and air pollution that otherwise creates environmental problems. The research paper aims to extract Nanosilica from CAW by innovative methodologies and are characterized by microstructural analysis. The methods for extracted NS, such as the refluxed method, precipitation method and calcination method with chemical reaction, have been used in this study. An optimized methodology based on high percentages of silica extraction in an amorphous state, the particle size, time consumption has arrived. The results based on the optimized method is characterized by EDAX test, SEM and XRD analysis. These tests found that a high percentage of silica with more nano sizes and an amorphous state is observed by precipitation method compared to other methods.
