This paper deals with the energy estimate of wave equation with boundary and distributed feedback action. It is shown that the energy of the system decays exponentially if the feedback parameters are in some domain (i.e., the so-called exponential decay domain). And the dependence on the feedback parameters of the energy exponential decay estimate is obtained.
