Kogarko June 7, 2000 Received June 21, 2000 2+ The structures of monoclinic minerals of the partially filled with small divalent cations M = Mn, Fe, labuntsovite group are based on the zeolite-like frame- Mg, and Zn. The cavities of the framework are occupied work formed by corrugated chains of Ti(Nb) octahedra by large alkali and alkaline-earth cations and water mol- linked via shared vertices. The chains, in turn, are ecules.
