Correlation reception of a diffraction sound field in an oceanic waveguide Abstract Intensity matched processing is considered for a diffracted signal when the object is detected by the main lobe of the shadow scattered sound field. The consideration is based on the few-parameter model that adequately describes the characteristics of the desired signal.
