We present a case of a 16-year-old boy who underwent 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT for residual disease assessment of juvenile nasal angiofibroma. Positive uptake was noted in residual tumor on PET/CT imaging. However, there was no abnormal uptake in surrounding scar tissues as compared with contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. Abstract
