Abstract

The aim of this work is to prove an abstract theorem on completeness of systems of root vectors of correct restrictions with interesting applications for differential operators. Moreover, this result gives a whole class of non-self-adjoint correct restrictions of maximal operator which possesses a complete system of root vectors in a Hilbert space.
