DECENZO The relationship between Colleges and the Small Business is one that can be quite rewarding. As a school of business, much talent lies in the faculty, students and university leaders, for providing services to the small business community. Courses such as small business management, seminars about related topics and small business consulting are often offered to the small business entrepreneur. But, in some cases, more may be offered. The feature article for Volume VIII, Number 2, describes such an additional endeavor. The activities that have been conducted at the Harry R. Frehn Center for Management, Shippensburg University, appears to be providing valuable assistance to the small businesses in its general vicinity. Programs such as this certainly build a stronger relationship between the University and the Business Community.
