The professional achieve­ ments of Dr. Franklin should have been cited as follows: Trustee of the National Urban League and President of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association. On behalf of the American Journal of Small Business, I apologize for any inconveniences that may have been caused by the incorrect reportings. * * * * The Heller/Roper Survey reports that Small Businesses are doing better in 1983. The recovery of the U.S. economy has been viewed as optimistic and expectations for this continuing were found to be high among the majority of reporting CEO's. Most of the respondents felt that this tax would be detrimental to the Small Business operation. However, it was noted that the Congressional debate about the Health Insurance Tax continues. Among these special accomodations are work stations, overhead lighting, ample power outlets, etc. The Stevens Institute of Technology is the first college in the U.S. to have such a computer requirement.
