This article offers the results of an analysis of SBDC client evaluations in Iowa. This analysis reveals a high evaluation of faculty and staff at SBDC's relative to other consultants and points out positive relative sales and job increases as a result of the program. It also concludes that there is a relative improvement in results with Increases In counseling hours and, particularly, hours spent on planning.
