Abstract

Ray C Wunderlich, Jr. The developing child is a psychosocial and biological entity that requires optimal nourishment for optimal functioning. Nourish- ment derives from inputs in the areas of vision, audition, touch, movement, love, and food. A nutritional suboptimum often exists as a common thread in either the child or the family of the child who is identified as a maladaptor in school or society.
