International Health Records Newsletter International Series 5, No. 14 Health Records December 1991 Newsletter Edited by Barbara Anderson Compiled by Ilana Cavaliero PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE As 1991 draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all members who have contributed to the production of this Newsletter over the past twelve months. To Barbara Anderson, as Editor, and members of the Publications Subcommittee a very special thank you for helping the Federation communicate with its members through this medium. As 1992 rapidly approaches, we are all conscious of the forthcoming Congress in Vancouver and of the work of members of the Canadian Health Records Association and the Organising Committee. We wish them well in the busy months ahead. The following story about IFHRO aims to give members some insight into our past and future goals and I trust it will help encourage participation and representation at the Congress. Lastly, I would like to wish you all a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and a prosperous and happy 1992. Phyllis J.
