The theme of IFNC14 is “Social Determinants of Family Health: Expanding Family Nursing Capacity.” This conference theme focuses on engaging nurses and interdisciplinary colleagues in discussion of social determinants of health facing families worldwide. With an emphasis on understanding how families are affected by social determinants, IFNC14 will focus on promoting community-engaged learning/collaboration among researchers, clinicians, educators, and community stakeholders to expand the capacity of family nurses for improving family health and well-being. IFNC14 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C., USA, August 13-16, 2019. IFNA gratefully acknowledges the support of Linda B.
