It should be Russell S. Montgomery, MD, FACS. We apologize for this unintentional typographical error. In the March 2010 (Volume 34, Number 1) issue of the Journal for Vascular Ultrasound there was a typo in the CME entitled “Evolving Patterns of Vascular Lab Testing in the Hospital and Private Lab Settings” (page 34). Question 2 should read “Which test increased from 43.5% in 1999 to 55.5% in 2007 in the hospital setting?” Question 5 should read “The evolving patterns in lab utilization were evaluated and compared between a private practice lab and a 600 bed community hospital”. We apologize for these typographical errors. The Publisher http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Journal for Vascular Ultrasound SAGE
