Announcements ICSB Call for Papers The 32nd Annual World Conference of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from June 10-12, 1987. The theme for the conference is The Spirit of Entrepreneurship. There will be six sub-themes: The International Context of Small Business; Computers and Automation-Implications for Small Business; The Small Busi­ ness Environment; Small Business and the Government; New Venture Forma­ tion; and Small Business Operation. Anyone may submit a paper or workshop proposal that supports the conference theme or sub-themes. All submissions are blind refereed and must be received before January 15, 1987.
