Mike Nolan and Sue Davies Mike Nolan is Professor of Gerontological Nursing at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Sheffield. His interests focus on the needs of older people and their carers. Mike is the assistant editor for the International Journal of Nursing Studies and sits on the editorial board for Quality in Ageing. Sue Davies is a Lecturer in Nursing in the Community, Ageing, and Rehabilitation Education and Research Department at the University of Sheffield. Current research focuses on the needs of older people in continuing care settings and preparation for working with older people and their carers.
