International Academy of Comparative Law 534 THE AMERICAN JOURNAL OF COMPARATIVE LAW [Vol. 28 XI International Congress of Comparative Law Caracas 29 August - 5 Septembe r 1982 A committee of experts of the International Academy of Comparative law has se­ lected the following topics for the agenda of th e XI Congress. Legal scholars resident in the United States are invited to submit to the U.S. National Committee topics on which they are prepared to write a "national" report for inclusion in the volume to be prepared by the Committee for presentation to the Congress. As participants in prior congresses have been given priority in the selection of topics for reports, it is sug­ gested that newcomers submit to the secretaries of the Committee two or three alter­ natives. Reports will be due on 1 Septembe r 1981 t o be edited and printed in the vol­ ume. They should not exceed 18 double-spaced typewritten pages plus a moderate number of footnotes in th e form customarily used in American law reviews.
