Geleitwort Des Praidenten GELEITWORT DES PR&IDENTEN Von der IFCAI Konferenz in Hong Kong ist mir besonders die Prasentation von Jan Paulsson in Erinnemng geblieben, aus welcher ich hier den nachfolgenden Satz zitieren mochte: "International arbitrators should try to demonstrate that at least in one sphere of legal activity we have progressed in the 25 centuries that have gone by since Solon said that: "Laws are spiders' webs: i f some poor, weak creature comes up against them, it is caught; but a bigger one can break through and get away. " Arbitrators should not allow the more powerful party to bring the other to its knees by unleashing the hounds of evidentiary warfare ...
